Having trouble locating the person that you are looking for? To request a thorough search of our cemetery records please complete and return the Deceased Enquiry Form.
As it is not uncommon for our records to contain hundreds of entries of persons with the same or a similar surname, it is important to provide us with as much detail as possible. This includes the deceased’s surname, given name and date of death, as well as the cemetery within which they are located.
While we will endeavour to process you enquiry within seven working days from receipt of the completed form, our staff are required to research and cross-check numerous source records to ensure correct identification.
